Capital City Auto Auction is growing and currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a wholesale car auction house, we broker the car deals between automotive dealerships and provide a platform to buy and sell inventory. Sales skills are required for this position, we will offer training to the right individual! No automotive experience is necessary. Some of our most successful candidates have bartending, hospitality/server or other ‘people person’ backgrounds.
This position will require overnight travel within designated territories (Charleston, WV and Cincinnati, OH) to assist and develop relationships. The job would require over night travel to Cincinatti and Lexington Mon-Thursday, then a day at the office on Friday .

Qualifications:
● Strong selling/customer service skills required
● Valid Driver's License & clean driving record required.
● Travel 80% of the time (4 of the 5 days between Cincinnati,OH, Lexington,KY and Charleston,WV)
● Effective presentation skills.
● Ability to effectively work on multiple projects simultaneously.

● Self-motivated and able to work independently.
● Ability to promote teamwork and foster a unified atmosphere.
● Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
● Develop new business through cold call calling.
● Generate profit and create loyal customers.
● Increase consignment from current customers.
● Quickly builds strong relationships with contacts at all levels, especially with decision makers.
● Develop quotations and contract proposals that are responsive to customer’s needs.
● Understands and keeps up to date on the competitive environment and provides market intelligence to sales to help shape strategies.
● Other duties as assigned by upper management.
● Must know, practice, and ensure that company policies and procedures are always followed.
● “Hunter” capable of working with management to develop, then effectively execute, a defined sales and growth strategy
● Maintain relationships with existing customers and continue to increase commissionable business development and sales opportunities from them.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
